Terms and Conditions

In order to offer as much information as possible, and answer some of our customers common questions, we’ve compiled a Terms and Conditions page. Whilst we keep our services as straight forward as possible, we’d like to share the following information to help you make informed decisions before we start.

  • We use a pure water cleaning system, leaving streak free glass every time. However, if your windows are severely marked and have not been cleaned for while, residues such as builders debris, cement, paint, stickers or adhesives will take more effort to remove. On occasion, chemicals, or UV bleaching has affected the sills and UPVC frames and alternative methods of clean are required. Please notify us in advance and we can plan how best to approach the works.

  • We typically operate a 6 week service schedule once the windows are up to our standards of regular maintenance. We work in all weather conditions, H&S permitting.

    ‍Please inform us if your requirement is a ‘one off clean’ to avoid any confusion, or will assume you are agreeing to a 6 week service contract.

    We do our best to offer times and dates, however this is an indicative approach, as inclement weather conditions, public holidays etc can affect our round. End of the year round optimisation, along with the start of new year schedules, can result in windows being cleaned a little earlier or later than the agreed schedule. Please allow for some flexibility to ensure you get the best service.

  • It is the customer responsibility to ensure we have adequate safe access to the property and windows. Pleas ensure gates are unlocked and notify us or how to access the rear of the property upon first booking. If full access can not be gained, we clean where we can reach safely and charge accordingly.

    If you do not wish us to open any access gates at any time, then please inform us prior to the appointment being agreed.

    We can not access windows via unsafe practices, such as climbing over roofs, or garages. We do not carry ladders on the cleaning rounds.

    Our insurance does not permit us to move garden furniture, flower pots, BBQ’s etc, or other items of household obstacles that restrict access to the windows.

  • Our pricing is based on regular 6 week cleaning unless otherwise agreed. The first clean often requires more time to bring the windows up to our high standards and often takes longer to set up and tackle the aggregate dirt levels. If you cancel the round before 3 cleans have been completed, we reserve the right to add the full cost of 3 cleans to your final invoice.

  • Liability & Disclaimer Schedule

    1. Pre-Existing Damage

    Our cleaners will not accept responsibility for any pre-existing damage to windows, glass, frames, sills, fittings, or surrounding property.

    Customers are advised to notify us of any known issues before work begins.

    Any cracks, chips, loose seals, or weakened structures present prior to cleaning remain the sole responsibility of the property owner.

    2. General Exclusions of Liability

    We do not accept liability for:

    Loose or defective fittings (handles, hinges, locks, catches, seals).

    Damage caused by aged, brittle, or poorly maintained frames, glass, or fixtures.

    Water ingress through faulty seals, gaps, or structural defects.

    Scratches or marks on glass that were present prior to cleaning.

    Movement or detachment of items not securely fixed (e.g., blinds, shutters, ornaments, or decorations near windows).

    3. Use of Equipment

    Our team uses pure water technology and water-fed pole systems to ensure safe, effective cleaning.

    We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of this equipment where property fittings are already loose, defective, or unsuitable for cleaning.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to windows and notifying us of any restrictions.

    4. Weather & Environmental Conditions

    We are not responsible for streaks, spotting, or marks caused by adverse weather conditions after cleaning.

    Liability is excluded for environmental factors such as dust, pollen, bird droppings, or tree sap occurring after service.

    5. Property Owner Responsibilities

    Customers must ensure:

    Windows, frames, and fittings are in safe, serviceable condition.

    Access routes are clear and safe for our staff.

    Pets, children, and valuables are kept away from work areas.

    Any damage arising from unsafe conditions or failure to disclose known issues remains the responsibility of the property owner.

    6. Staff Protection

    Our staff are trained to work safely and professionally.

    We will not accept claims against individual cleaners; all liability rests with the company under the terms stated here.

    Any abusive or unsafe behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company excludes liability for:

    Indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of business, inconvenience, or emotional distress).

    Damage to property arising from defects outside our control.

    Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

    8. Acceptance of Terms

    By booking our services, customers acknowledge and accept this liability schedule.

    These terms are published on our website and form part of every service agreement.

    Continued use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

    Our Guarantee

    If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

    We will return promptly to re‑clean the affected area at no additional cost.

    Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be covered under this guarantee, as environmental factors (such as weather, dust, or pollen) may affect the appearance of your windows beyond our control.

    Conditions

    The guarantee applies only to the specific windows or areas cleaned during the scheduled service.

    This guarantee does not cover pre‑existing damage, defective fittings, or issues unrelated to the cleaning process.

    Customers must provide clear details of the concern when submitting a complaint.

    How to Raise a Concern

    Contact us by phone, email, or through our website within 24 hours.

    Provide your service date, property address, and a description of the issue.

    Our team will arrange a convenient time to revisit and resolve the matter.

    No Refunds: Payments made for window cleaning services are non‑refundable.

    Rectification Commitment: If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will revisit and re‑clean the affected areas at no extra cost.

    Fair Resolution: This policy ensures that issues are resolved through corrective action rather than financial reimbursement.

    Exclusions: Complaints raised after 24 hours, or issues arising from environmental factors (weather, dust, pollen, bird droppings, etc.), are not covered under this guarantee.
